We had a difficult to diagnose electrical issue which caused power outages in half of the house intermittently. HWS diagnosed it and worked with us to quickly schedule and execute the repair when the frequency of the outages became a real problem. The repair was done professionally and seems to have fixed the problem. We have had HWS install min-split units and repair plumbing problems in the past and had great results for those events. No hesitation to recommend them

We had hot water pouring through our ceiling. It was a Sunday--emergency! These guys went out of their way to get to our home. Within 10 minutes they had diagnosed the problem, located the broken pipe above the ceiling, and were busy fixing the problem. The whole job took less than an hour, and they also bled our hot water pipes to the baseboards, which had air in them and had been making a lot of noise at night. Great guys. Great communication. Smart, efficient, competent. I would recommend them very highly.
