I am so thankful to HWS! Matt is absolutely amazing. My husband and I bought a home recently and had some renovation work done to it that required our gas service to be temporarily disconnected. When we turned back on the boiler a few days ago we discovered that it was not working and we had no heat or hot water. We called him today and let him know that we had no heat and he was thankfully available to come right away. . He identified the problem quickly, fixed it and we're cozy warm now, and in just enough time for the cold weather approaching this week.
I'd recommend him to anyone in a second!

Matt and his team came highly recommended to my husband and me. Matt has been prompt and responsive since Day 1. Since then, we've had our meter moved outside, our electrical panel upgraded, and a tv mounted. The work was done as described (in terms of time, money and dealing with having the power temporarily shut off). Being new homeowners, Matt was awesome about answering questions and being really practical about what's nice v. Necessary to have done.

I was in the middle of a roof replacement with the WORST company ever, stressed to the max for the past 2 weeks, and I lost my hot water yesterday as well! Since I have a 16 yr old Central Hudson Marathon water heater, I called HWS . Matt was totally honest with me that his company schedule was full, like every single one this time of year, and it would be at least 2.5 weeks out before he could get to me - and I have 2 teen boys that need showers not to mention me! He tried his best to help and find a sooner solution, even if he didn't get my business! Then TODAY, 24 hrs later, he had a break in a job and he sent his father and brother over and in 45 minutes, my heater is all repaired and they cleaned up after themselves. I am sooo relieved! I am happy to know that there's a company out there that cares about people, and not just the money ! 5 stars !

My hot water heater was spewing water all over the basement. Called Hot Water Solutions - they came right out and fixed it - didn't have to replace it! Very happy with them and will use them again if I have the need. Thank you so much!!

The HWS Team just installed a "whole house" HVAC heat pump system. They were very efficient, even fun to work with. Were willing to work with me to resolve aesthetic concerns, flexible about changes. They worked quickly, subject to weather and supply delivery hold-ups. HWS have been my go-to plumbing/electric people for over 15 years helping me maintain systems in my former 5 unit property in Kingston before I moved to Woodstock. They are smart, reliable and seem to enjoy solving problems. I highly recommend HWS!

HWS installed an emergency generator for our house in the woods, and it has saved us many times from loss of power. The company is quick, reliable, friendly and always available.

Matt and team did a fantastic job overhauling our gawdawful fire hazard of an electrical system with one that's simple, clean, and modern.
